Hidden Fees for using App
I love Hala Bros food but think the app is a sneaky way charge more. I placed my regular order on the app and noticed that the total was higher than normal and when I checked at checkout there are two tacked on fees for credit fee and “Platform” fee.
Bad delivery system
Ordered food before with uber eats, first time trying this app, they said delivery will be 10:02, I been in garage 10:03, delivery person text me 10:03 “I’m here”, I texted “I’m in garage”, delivery person text 10:03 “I spent 10 minutes looking for you and never saw you. I left the food there” and ignored my question “where is food”. I’m walking around all building like animal who looking for food, but not founded. So bad experience. Loose money and food…
