Think again before ordering, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen

Features don’t work

I had to go through support to look at my recent meals and then when I did look at the recent meals, I can’t even click on the meal itself to check the macros and calories. I have to go all the way to the website go to order history and then I can look at the calories. Pretty simple feature that isn’t included. Disappointing.

Tracking offline

There seems to be a lack of info on so much and I haven’t even received my 1st order. The tracking for today’s delivery is offline. The chat is offline at 9:25am EST. This may be my 1st and last order.
