Garbage
This app is useless trash; even though you’ve selected Apple Pay and successfully doubled clicked to process the payment, you’re STILL required to input credit card information to place your order.
Doesn’t work
Just remove it off the App Store and stop advertising it. This app doesn’t work!!

If hero burger wants to stay competitive with other burger chains, they should really get in on updating their app.
Never works
In all the last 3 years I’ve had this app. It has only ever worked 3 times. Every other time it’s just a blank screen.
Worst experience ever!
The app was OK until I placed the order, my card was charged immediately and the whole task went to limbo, half an hour later I get a text from doorDash telling me that they were going to pick up my order, another half hour I get another text that my order was picked up, 10 minutes later, the guy drops my food on the floor outside my door :( … called Hero and they had no clue… pathetic! Not even on purpose a company can achieve such a horrible service.
