This app is useless trash; even though you’ve selected Apple Pay and successfully doubled clicked to process the payment, you’re STILL required to input credit card information to place your order.
Doesn’t work
Just remove it off the App Store and stop advertising it. This app doesn’t work!!

If hero burger wants to stay competitive with other burger chains, they should really get in on updating their app.
Never works
In all the last 3 years I’ve had this app. It has only ever worked 3 times. Every other time it’s just a blank screen.
Worst experience ever!
The app was OK until I placed the order, my card was charged immediately and the whole task went to limbo, half an hour later I get a text from doorDash telling me that they were going to pick up my order, another half hour I get another text that my order was picked up, 10 minutes later, the guy drops my food on the floor outside my door :( … called Hero and they had no clue… pathetic! Not even on purpose a company can achieve such a horrible service.

Downloaded app and tried to order the pick up. However we tried 5 different cards, none of them came through. Don’t know the function of this app, maybe its existence is to lose more customers

You choose delivery on the app, 20 mins go by nothing, you call the restaurant and no order came through!

UI isn’t not user friendly
Says I have points and that I can redeem but doesn’t indicate how or when it’s applied. Doesn’t save my credit card , have to enter it each time(not a big deal).
App is in French
I’ve tried installing the app before, and it always crashed on launch. Decided to give it another try, the app finally opens, but it’s in French with no option to change the language anywhere.
Language problem
Language becomes french version for no reason. And cant change it back.
Local Hero restaurant not listed?
I spent 5 minutes awkwardly registering and entering my details only for the app to tell me my nearest location was closed. It's not. Then found it's not even listed in the app. 👎

Doesn’t let amex card go through, doesn’t allow for saved passwords to auto fill. C’mon this is lame in this day and age🥴
No obvious way to redeem loyalty points
Have points I have collected from ordering through the app.

Terrible Experience
I used this app to make an order, only to get to the store and hear that they cancelled the order because the drink I ordered wasn’t available. There was nothing notifying me that the order was cancelled, and the employees at the store said they couldn't refund my money, or direct me to who to call.
I’ve tried calling the number attached to my receipt and they were telling me to call some other company… but couldn’t tell me the name of the other company they were telling me to call.
Anyway, it’s been a week and I still haven’t had my money returned to my account and no one from the store or the app have been all that helpful.

Broken App
Won’t let you select a store to order from. App breaks 30 seconds in, smh
Wow it’s bad
First run it tells me to reinstall. Second run it crashes. Third run it’s forgotten my login info. Forth run it says the closest restaurant is in the states. Combos all say certain toppings are included like cheese and guacamole but then indicates you must pay extra. Seriously why even bother publishing an app this bad?

They will take your order, and take your money, send you a receipt confirmation, but when you go to the restaurant to pick up your stuff, THEY WILL HAVE NO RECORD OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of time and space!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
