This apps will damage the brand

This apps need to fix seriously.. its very bad, garbage... my expectation when i install this apps its like a 5 star.. but when i try to order in this apps i found out that many points are missing is the apps.. like policy not showing, order tracking/delivery, customer service was not there.. and etc..
