Hasn’t Been Correct Yet
Had the app for a month with at least 4 half staff events. Not once did it tell me or show correct information in the app. Not Federal or State. App is trash, I know it’s only $2 but save it.
No notification
Although I have notifications on for this app, I never get notified when a flag should be half mast. That’s the whole reason I paid for this app to begin with
I paid for this?
Can’t believe that at 7:20 Eastern time it still says full staff for US flag when POTUS flags at half staff many hours ago for the school shooting today.
No alerts
This app has yet to give me an alert to notify me to change my flag to half staff

Not reliable for North Carolina

Doesn’t work
It’s a paid app but yet it is still on version 1.0.0 which tells me it was abandoned, but they still got my money. No matter what filters are selected it will not work to show any half-staff events and if you don’t have the majority of the filters activated it won’t work at all, period. Hot garbage, smelly hot garbage, recommend trying something else, like your horoscope, which might provide more info than what’s in this app.

NY State Half Mast
The app has NY having the flag at half mast for a funeral held two weeks ago! I would have not bought the app if I known it wasn't going to be kept updated!
Incorrect Flag Notifications
When you open the app it shows the current flag status but it is incorrect. It is Memorial Day and the flag needs to be half staff. But the app shows full staff. I hope the developer does an update and fixes the problem so I didn’t was my money buying the app.

There are Inconsistencies
I just paid a $1.99 and the main page shows Full Staff while if you drill down it shows half-staff for Justice Sandra O’Conner. In addition, the first thing I saw when I opened the app was the Google Advertisement and I paid $1.99 for the App so why am I seeing advertisements? I would like my money back please since I don’t trust the accuracy of this App and I was depending on being informed as it’s part of my job to make sure that our flag is in the appropriate position.

Half staff instead of full staff
Flags were at half staff until 11/29/2023 for the death former First Lady Carter but are still left at half staff in the app on 12/4, 5 days later. This app is not accurate and I can’t rely on it.
Doesn’t get updated
No point if not properly updated. National flag back to full staff for 4 days now and still reads half.
Full staff all the time
App does not appear to work. I have had it for approximately two months. I have never received any sort of notification, so need to check it every day. Today is 9/11 and flags have been ordered to be at Half-Staff. Despite that order, my app still says to keep my US flag at full staff.
Missing Half Staff
At first glance it’s missing multiple federal half staff days. Disappointing.

App does not tell me when to lower the flag. Example today 05/08/2023 for victims of tragedy in Allen Texas.
Rarely get it right
Here we are again. 6:42am 5/8/23. Flag is at half staff yet these folks have no idea. I’m pretty sure the country was notified 5/5/23 that flags would be half staff starting 5/7/23.
Not updating for my state
In Colorado we are currently at half staff. I have refreshed several times and reinstalled the app but I do not get notifications and it does not show my state nor the American flag at half staff status (both of them are at the moment). Disappointing.
Miserably inadequate!
This app missed Patriot’s Day, September 11. It is now missing Fallen Firefighters Day on October 9. This is worthless garbage - do not buy!

Unfortunately, you are grossly incorrect. 'Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance' and 'National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service' are both in our database and were displayed appropriately within the app - a notification for the Fallen Fighters Memorial even went out if you are subscribed. Please check your filter to see how you have events displayed. Clearly, you have something setup incorrectly.
