The Hallam Uni App now includes a new 'Messages' feature to help you stay connected with important University news. You can also opt-in to additional channels to receive content on specific topics of interest. We'll let you know when new channels are available so you can choose to join them. Even just using the chrome app to log onto blackboard is somehow a better user experience than this app… just download SHUBetter.. 😬🤷🏻

SHUBetter is Better

Another app named “SHUBetter” is a much more user friendly experience, created by a former student which really puts this app to shame.

This app is pointless when ShuBetter is just genuinely doing it better.

Not as good as SHUBetter

This app is slow, clunky, and a lot of the features aren’t at all integrated. For example, you have to log in to the app and then log in again seperately every time you want to log your attendance or book a computer in the library. What’s the point? SHUBetter is ten times better.
