Even just using the chrome app to log onto blackboard is somehow a better user experience than this app… just download SHUBetter.. 😬🤷🏻
SHUBetter is Better
Another app named “SHUBetter” is a much more user friendly experience, created by a former student which really puts this app to shame.

There’s already an app called SHUBetter that has a better UI and user experience. Don’t bother with this app people
Pointless
This app is pointless when ShuBetter is just genuinely doing it better.
Not as good as SHUBetter
This app is slow, clunky, and a lot of the features aren’t at all integrated. For example, you have to log in to the app and then log in again seperately every time you want to log your attendance or book a computer in the library. What’s the point? SHUBetter is ten times better.
Nowhere near as good as shubetter
Install shubetter instead of this!

SHUBetter is the app for students at Hallam - No debate.
Worked well until yesterday….
Now can't access my emails on here which is very annoying. Everything has been working well for the last few months although the amount of times you’re asked to sign in can get frustrating - please sort it out
This is the stupid system I have ever seen
Every time you open the app you need to sign in and when ever you try to use nothing in the app you need to sign in again. it is any safer because you need to sign in to it 50 times a day.

Great app. Really helpful links to shu student support. The addition of careers central makes it a must have app if you want to improve your employability and career prospects.
Brilliant App!!!
Brilliant app, a concept that students will appreciate!!! Easy to operate, and there are numerous benefits especially for freshers i.e. regarding maps, and it is great for all students as features have access to contacts, schedules, mail, library, PCs and FAQs etc! Working great and have not experienced any flaws so far! It will definitely save time, help in particular areas and overall be a benefit to my final year!!!

Needs work
I can't access my timetable as it's not on google calendar, also the book a PC app is a nightmare as you can't see what computers are available, it only searches for them in the time periods you select (ie you can put you want it for an hour and there might not be one however there could be one for 45 mins that you would have settled for!)

It's really good I can view my timetables, book a pc it's now a greater app with more functions so happy :)
