Needs Improvement
Keeping track is great…the list should be searchable. Also newest eps/movies should be at the top of the list instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom, especially when there are over 100 eps.
Fun to track but..
I like being able to track and save favorites but I wish you could hide and sort the lists
This would improve the app!
I like the app but if people could comment on other people’s reviews, it would boost the Hallmark community. I’m sure plenty of people would volunteer to be moderators.

App not launching
The app is not launching. I have deleted and reinstalled and still does not launch. Need to get this fixed.
Love the checklist but not the ads

I check the RECENTLY ADDED section EVERY week and still managed to miss the first few episodes of “Twelve Dates 'Til Christmas”. Maybe add the same sort options as other sections?
I stopped setting reminders, so I have no idea if this was fixed: Set up the reminders, thinking it would create the calendar it gave as a choice. Now I can only turn the reminders on or off but can’t change the calendar.
FIXED: I downloaded the app from the cloud to my iPhone to see if it would work better on a different device—none of the movies were marked as Watched or Want to watch, so I didn’t bother using it.
ADDED: The checklist is a great idea. Maybe a future update can have a sort by title option. Thanks!

Used to love the app
I enjoy Hallmark movies, and always had fun keeping track with this app. However when they started adding TV shows to the app, thus reducing my total percentage of things watched, I did not enjoy the app as much. Can the app be updated so that I cold delete the shows, so they wouldn’t show up on the list? Thank you!

Doesn’t match most titles that are on Hallmark+. So very useless. And can’t watch from app if you have a cable tv provider.

I need to be able to better manage my checklist!
It shows 2600 I watched movies on Hallmark plus, and while I would love to watch all of them! No one has that kind of time!
There needs to be a better way to filter the checklist by “watched” and “unwatched” and a better way to mass check movies off. Or at least take them off my checklist completely!

Doesn’t save your list
I hate that it doesn’t save your list even when logged in. Sometimes it knocks movies off your list and doesn’t remember the ones you’ve watched
Almost perfect - wish I could hide lists I know I won’t watch!
Love this hallmark checklist app. It’s almost perfect and checking the “I’ve watched” is my fav thing to do after every movie I watch. I’m very much a check list person in all things I do. But one thing that has been driving me nuts for years about this app is that I can’t hide lists that I don’t want. This leaves me with lists I know I’ll never have progress in and that and that bugs me. I love the hallmark movies, but I know I will never watch old highway to heaven or dr Quinn episodes, so I want to hide those lists from my master list tab. I really wish that was an option .. maybe others might too? Thanks !

Please fix the lists
I really enjoy this app and it appeals to us “list” types but one thing that changed a few updates ago is the list order in the app. They used to be in chronological order and now they’re jumbled and I hate it. Please please fix!
Love the app
I like and love the app. It does have its flaws. The “Sort By” feature doesn’t work it used but not any more. Other than that I love the app
Wish it had year-to-year functionality
I do really like this app and it’s very convenient. However, I often watch the same movies one Christmas season to the next and it would be great to be able to favorite things and mark which ones you like or don’t like but then be able to clear your list of what you’ve watched every season if you want. (While still keeping information on what you liked and didn’t like.)

New Movies
New movies aren’t showing “Next On” with a reminder. When the new movies play again after their “Premiere”, they show as “streaming” and not when they will be on the Hallmark Mystery Channel. Hard to set a reminder when it can’t be done.
Keeps freezing after writing a review
The app keeps freezing after I submit a review. Then I have to close the app to get the hallmark movie checkout app to work again. Annoying for sure.
Also the sorting function does not work very well. They need a better way to sort and see what shows / movies you have not seen before. When you sort by watched status it doesn’t always show unwatched shows first.
They need a place to view all unwatched shows from all of the lists so you can just scroll through there to see what you want to watch instead of having to go into every separate list.

Horrible App
Difficult to use. Buffers, closes etc. none of my other streaming apps are like this.
Notifications won’t turn off
Nice app but the calendar notifications won’t turn off or remove. I can literally be in the app and turn off the notification for a certain movie and it will turn itself right back on. If it stays off for a second and I get out off the app when I go back in to that movie it’s back on again. This is frustrating as it takes up hours long of area in my calendar that I don’t need when it I have already set the movie up to record, so it appears as though I have an appointment when I don’t.

Obsessed but just one complaint
Just want to say that I’m obsessed with this app. I have so much fun adding movies to my watchlist and checking off ones I’ve seen. My only complaint is that the app is missing some older titles. The ones I’ve noticed most recently are Smooch and Growing the Big One. It’s annoying when I come across a title I can’t check off 😩
