I’ve tried multiple times to login to my account and when I get my info entered and hit login. The app closes. It’s very frustrating

I can’t even login, every time I try to log in it glitches and takes me back to my Home Screen.
Useless as HPUD themselves
This app crashes as soon as you login. HPUD please fix your freakin app so we can pay our bill on time since you have no grace period.

Anyone? Is there anyone actually maintaining this APP? Unable to use, as it crashes the moment you attempt to log in. Please address this.

iPhone 12 just recently upgraded to iOS 16.4.2. App used to work well on iPhone 8 and early IOS 16 versions on iPhone 12. Now, when I enter my user info and press submit to start the app, it just crashes - does not even try to load. Why has HPUD not addressed this failure?

Recently updated my iPhone to the latest iOS. Now after I enter my account number and password it just crashes. Nothing even tries to load.
