Garbage lights. They are extremely hard to pair using ios device. Go for other well known competitors.

Have to sync the same bulbs at least twice a month. Very infuriating.
SOOO DIFFICULT TO SETUP
I’m so disappointed with this system. We have 3 flood lights which work intermittently. And after waiting 40+ minutes on hold, left my number to get a callback. And when I did, I got a message saying to call, which I did and they said they were closed at 3:24 PM. Grrrrr!

to. Adding the controller again to fix the problem is overly complicated and intermittently successful. You should be able to add devices and make groups simply by drag and drop. The app needs to be refined. The lights themselves are solid…

App needs an update
Lately the app doesn’t turn lights on or off. And it shows some lights on when they are not. We installed a set upstairs and it was working well. Recently we have added more lights downstairs and it seems to be overwhelming on the app..

Don’t Buy these are worthless for the hassle.
We asked for our electrician to install a dusk to dawn Flood Light they brought us out this light. It took them 2.5 hours to install as it’s super complicated to install. After it was installed I spent about 3 days to figure out how to get it to work for dusk to dawn. That worked for awhile and now for over 6 months I have a choice either leave the dang thing on or leave it off. The app is useless as it requires you to install two lights at once but it won’t work to add the first without a group that you can’t add until you have multiple lights. Why would I want two useless lights when I’m already hating the first one. If this light didn’t cost me nearly $600 to install I would rip it off and go get a basic flood light. Hard pass don’t waste your money!

Not truly a smart home product
The original manufacturer is Avi-on and they have no intention of adding features or extending this product. Therefore it’s a terrible investment as it will not incorporate Matter or even basic functionality like smart things or home assistant. App is ok but very basic, blasts the light on or off if you hit the slider wrong…not as elegant as others.

Sync issues
Unlike other smart switches and lights app, this one cannot sync lights current status when they’re turned on or off using wall switch. Why? It’s such a bare minimum requirement for anything smart and something that can be operated via app, voice, or manual wall switch.

Haven’t been able to connect switches. Doesn’t even give the option to add devices. Plus sign is greyed out.

Consistently fails to work. Disconnects. Won’t repair. And then you can’t remove because it won’t connect to remove. Absolute garbage.
App needed to adjust color temp???
I am in disbelief that the halo recessed leds I purchased require an app and account registration to adjust the color temp. Just put a switch on the light!!!
Also, the app could never find my hardware, so I’m screwed either way. Into the trash they go.

FIX YOUR BUGS!
On iPhone 13 running iOS 16.1.2, your latest update crashes out upon starting it. Make the app UTTERLY USELESS.
Disappointing
The app is very slow and crashes. We were hoping to use with Alexa but you need to purchase a bridge in order to use, which is something it does not tell you on the packaging.
