No Contacts in app
The app is almost worthless if we cannot access contacts in app.
Not that useable
What's the purpose of this app if it just redirects to the web? This app needs some serious love from the devs. It's embarrassing lol.

I’ve used this service for 3 years over to companies and find the lack of native features of the app the biggest let down!
You are unable to assign queues or column profiles, unable to navigate to customer accounts or other tickets other than ones assigned to you… without having to navigate to a safari browser and then it’s just a pain to navigate.

It’s alright
Not much you can do currently in the app. I wish you could view more and action on tickets without having to open the web browser. Hopefully there’s plans to add more functionality to the app soon as I really like the ticketing system so far.
App is useless
You can’t see the ticket details. The worst is all tickets on hold or with suppliers are not available to see. Use only space on my phone.
Last update unusable
I would upload a screenshot if I could, but since the last update the ticket progress tab doesn’t draw tables correctly and the vertical column borders in user signatures are being drawn right through the entire message history from top to bottom.

Totally half baked
Infuriating to use - can’t create a new ticket in the app, it opens the browser, searching a users name pulls up their oldest tickets and to actually see their new ones you have to tap the name, which - you guessed it - also opens the browser. Half tickets missing from home page. Useless
Immature
This app lets you do about 3 things (probably about 2% of the full system’s functionality) before sending you over to a web browser. It’s reminiscent of ‘apps’ circa early 2000’s.

This app is very well written and fits the bill quite nicely for technicians who are on the go.

Can access my tickets and receive notifications on my mobile device. Very convenient. Very great! :)
Doesn't Stay Signed In
The app is clean and responsive, has the main features you want (redirects to web ui outside of app if it lacks certain things).
But main problem I have is I have to sign in everytime I launch the app, making notifications not work, and meaning it's no faster than opening my laptop and signing in using a full keyboard.
