Optimizer won’t connect
I agree with the other one star reviews. I did everything EXACTLY as the setup guide instructed. Downloaded the worthless app. The app freezes up. It doesn’t matter what you do, the Optimizer will not connect. This kit is a TOTAL waste of money. It’s going in the dumpster. Very frustrating.

I cannot connect to the Optimizer. Finally had to just forget the network because. I could not connect the network to the internet. A waste of money.
Does not work any more
Pivotel / Global Marine has not corrected a problem where iPhone 8 with ver. 16. App used to work great. With their last update a year ago no longer works. Don’t under stand why they won’t resolve. This problem as it’s also effecting other iPhone models too. Hard to get support from them
WXa-213 extender as well not compatible with the Halo WiFi app.
WXa-213 extender is not compatible either with the Halo WiFi app. Pivotel has not solved the problem!
App quit allowing access to Optimizer
App no longer allows configuring the Optimizer Router wXa-122. To connect to a WiFi network, a web browser must be used. The app on iPhone is not useable for some reason. Pivotel has not been able to resolve the issue.

Works Good
Easy to use, would be nice if it redirected you to the sign-in pages of captive portal WiFi sites that many place have set-up now.
