What's new in this version: • Journal, rebuilt — a new look, a smoother calendar and swipe, and a HaloCoach note on what you logged. • Blood tests — upload up to 10 photos at once, and share a test as a PDF or an image. • Garmin — hourly charts on the Day tab, sleep stages (hypnogram), and hourly SpO2 and respiratory rate. • Sleep — sleep stages are now drawn from Google Health too, and the app, Apple Watch and widget finally agree on the same duration. • Recap — HRV, resting heart rate and exercise minutes now come from your wearable, with month-over-month comparisons. • Workout sharing — three new cards for indoor workouts without a route, and the share gallery opens by itself when you take a screenshot. • Medication and supplements — undo a skipped dose, supplements are marked in search results, and there are more units and forms to pick from. • Nutrition — the meal analysis screen was rewritten and results arrive faster. Also: fixed a crash during sleep sync on iOS 26; fixed the lock screen stress widget and score mismatches on Apple Watch; deleting or switching accounts now clears every trace of the previous data left on the device; and AI-generated content now tells you which model produced it.
