Съедается баланс, невозможно сменить тариф самостоятельно

Вот сейчас вручную с оператором решали вопрос по балансу, «съелось» 20000 при пополнении. В прошлой версии приложения можно было самостоятельно менять тариф. В этом обновлении нельзя, проверьте, пожалуйста
