No help menu, no audio to my headphones! Couldn’t figure it out! Deleted it!

This is not ham radio but it is fun and very helpful to those who want a ham radio permit.
Not responsive
No place that I could find to cancel after you sign up. No response to repeated emails. Very poor customer service experience. Beware.
Watch out for plugins
Great way to understand how HF works. Unfortunately you need to add plugins to truly understand how a radio works. Those cost money! Recommend trying before you buy. My opinion is it’s not worth the money.
