Waste of money
Bought it for a good price, but can’t even register on the app. Tried with phone and email both. It doesn’t work. Is there any way to run this without the app?
Horrible app!
This app is useless. I can’t access anything and it keeps telling me that I have to sign in but says I don’t have an account. I have set up the account as if I didn’t already have one and it says the same thing. When I first set everything up I could access it but the cat’s weight was always incorrect. If I can get it to work, I don’t trust the accuracy.

Not even letting me log in
When I first tried this app I was having issues connecting it to my litter box and never ended up using it. Now some months later, I noticed the litter box tuning while my cat was in it, he started using outside. So I figured I’d try the app again to try and reset the litter box and see if that helps but I can’t even log in, it won’t send a verification to my number or email no matter how many times I try, I’m kind of disappointed in this whole situation.

The litter box & the app are both USELESS! Biggest scam of a litter box EVER. If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!

They took no effort building this app. Looks like something you would buy on Fiverr. Absolute trash.
Please fix the app!
You would have better reviews if you would fix your app. Worked one time and never again. The pop-up is the only thing that works. Move the agreement and privacy policy up so people can see it.

i bought this litter box of christmas, i don't know why there's such an influx of bad reviews. my cat has been using her litter box safely, the installment was simple and took less than an hour including to make an account and connect the app. i haven't had any issues in the app other than a few glitches, but otherwise, it's perfect!

Unable to register
There is no live link to register and the terms are in Chinese. You can see where the registration is, but it is not a live link.

I am having that exact same issue. I’ve had this for a few months but I haven’t really been looking at the app and I went on it today just so that I could dump out all the litter and I put a new litter and it locked me out and I can’t log back in. I reset my username,

Don’t know why it’s not working for everyone else
I was able to connect it to my wifi and calibrate my litter box. It disconnected at home point (said it was offline and the only way for me to fix it was adding my device again but other than that running smoothly

I can’t even get past the sign in process because it won’t send the verification code to my phone. There is zero customer support and I can’t find any other way to fix this issue or even get ahold of anyone to talk to to fix it or even find a number to call. Can’t use the app!
I have downloaded the app, registered it, selected my password and CANNOT get past the sign in process to actually try and use the program. And, I can’t find any other way to contact you to tell you that other than leaving you a review. I can’t even look at what the program has to offer without signing in. When I attempt to sign in, it always gives me the message (in Chinese of course) that I need to click on the “I agree…”. I do that. It wipes all of my information out and we do the same thing all over again. Over and over and over.
