STILL the same issue today………..This has not been working in months

I had an M4 iPad and the app would not get pass the screen of the secondary verification. I thought it was a bug with my device, but now i have a new ipad and downloaded the app again and yeah still can not use it the app freezes or will not move pass the screen after the secondary verification PLEASE fix this
