Ummm…Fix It!!!!
The location should be the simplest of things to work yet…it’s impossible with this app. Two locations near me yet a location over 2 hours away is all that populates.

Don’t waste your time
Downloaded app just to delete it. App refuses to show me any locations outside of L.A. California and I’m in Az. No matter how I try to find the right location it only shows 2 locations both 335 miles away from me…
This app is hot garbage
This app should be removed from the app store. As others mentioned the location doesn't work so it's useless for practically everyone. It makes the brand look bad that this exists. IDK if they licensed this or what but it's a terrible waste of time and frustrates Handel's customers. I don't know how this passed app store reviewers. Zero stars.

Awful
Couldn’t get past the location. Shared my location with the app but kept saying I was somewhere else. Tried putting in my address in their search bar but nothing would change.
Location is off
I was trying to find the one that’s where I’m at and they are telling me two locations over 300 miles away. Instant delete because its useless
Worst app ever
I’ve been an iPhone user for at least 12 years and the apps I’ve downloaded have generally worked as expected. This is the first one I’ve used that was a total disaster. The location rarely works. The order ahead feature consequently becomes useless. Lately I can’t even log in. I tried to run the forgot my password feature but there’s no way to get the keyboard off the screen after inputting an email address. You also can’t press enter to just activate sending your field info to the server. Beyond frustrating!

Does not work.
The app does not work at all. It only gives one location that is nowhere near me.

Doesn’t work properly, location isn’t recognized, trying to sign up with an account, the phone number spot doesn’t work, even after imputing my number, it switches it to an email so I can’t sign up

This app is useless
It doesn't let you input your location and doesn't show the flavors of ice cream that they have. No point in keeping or using the app.
Location is stuck on Downey, CA
Even with my location turned on and inputting my address it kept defaulting to Downey, CA. I don’t even live in California! Since it couldn’t find the closest Handel’s (less than 3 miles from house), I deleted the app.
Worthless App
I’m a big fan of Handel’s ice cream, but unfortunately their app offers little to no value.
Hard to Navigate
As a first time user, this app is very hard to navigate.
If you’re going to have an app and want your customers to use it, I would recommend investing in a UX designer. Research and Design.

The location screen doesn’t work at all so don’t waste your time on it. Doesn’t appear they’ve ever update the app or they would have caught it.
No rewards program either. Only thing that has us go to Handel’s instead of Bruster’s is a better area to eat outside. Other than that, Brusters has the overall better experience.

App does not show and/or not active at all locations.
Doesn’t work
Put in any address, and it will always direct you to Downy California. No way to over ride it. What a waste of time. Puts a sour taste into the consumer’s mouth for an otherwise good company.
