Awful and support is non-existent!
No one answers the phone! Links are all dead. So, if you follow instruction it won’t work. Very frustrating. If you do this, you will be sorry!

Entering notes
Everything that I enter into HHC Notes is saved accurately. However, for some reason apostrophe’s are saved as ampersands. This is very odd.
Completely Inconsistent
I want to love Hand Held Connect. However, after multiple support attempts, the automated synching process fails and I need to reconfigure and restart the process manual for each sync. I do want to thank the support team! They Really tried. However, product has proved unreliable for me.
