Utterly Useless - WT#
With TruGrid’s insistence that we migrate to using their device to access my Server/Remote Desktop, I have learned that this app WILL NOT WORK with mobile devices. Why bother having a MOBILE APP if it doesn’t work on MOBILE DEVICES???? TruGrid’s suggestion is that I go out and buy a laptop instead of using my iPad Pro. Nice when you can tell your clients how to spend their money. I’d give this ZERO STARS if possible. Get your $#!+ together TruGrid!!!!!
EDIT: Still nothing, “sometime in 2024” - f$#^%@ unbelievable and unacceptable. “We’re working on it” is pathetic.
