About
Handle keeps your crew's job photos on the job, on every phone in the crew.
When a customer asks to see the before pictures, you shouldn't have to text three guys and dig through their camera rolls. With Handle, everyone snaps photos into the job they're on, and the whole crew sees them, with who took each one, when and where.
How it works
- Start your crew: name your business, add your crew by first name, and text each of them their link from your own phone.
- They tap the link and join. No password, no email: their phone is their key.
- Snap it on the job. Tap the lime +, take the photos and send them to the job. Add a few words if it helps, like "rot by the chimney, 6 sheets".
- Everyone sees it. New photos show up on every phone in the crew, on the right job, with the face of whoever took them. The owner gets a ping when a job's first photos of the day come in, when someone adds a note or finishes a job; the crew gets the owner's notes. Everyone picks what pings them.
What you get
- Every photo on the right job, not in someone's camera roll.
- Before pictures, damage and finished work, ready when the customer asks.
- See what each person got done today, from wherever you are.
- Photos are saved on the phone first and go up when there's signal, so a dead spot on a roof doesn't lose a shot.
- Finish a job when it's done, and reopen it if you need to.
Made for small teams that work on site
Roofing, cleaning, detailing, landscaping, field service and home services: any team that works at the job, not at a desk. Simple job management for crews of up to a dozen, with big buttons and no training.
Price
Handle is free for your whole crew. Photos, notes and shared history are included. No trial, no card and no per-person fees.
Private to your crew
Nothing in your crew is public. The owner decides who's in it and can remove anyone. Anyone can report a photo, and you can delete your account in the app at any time.
