Accountability

This app keeps me accountable for something that is so important

Response from developer

That’s the whole point. Daily hangs adding up to a back that feels better is the best review I could get. Thanks for hanging with it.

Finally, an app that lets me do nothing, competitively

I now pay closer attention to hanging motionless from a bar than I do to my retirement account. The AirPods feature means I nod to start and shake my head to stop, so my neighbors have watched me silently agree and then disagree with a pull-up bar every morning for two weeks. Grip strength is up. Dignity is down. My Watch logged a peak heart rate of 142 while I was, technically, not moving. 10/10, would dangle again.

Response from developer

Dignity is a fair trade for grip. Glad the AirPods nod-and-shake ritual is sticking — and that the neighbors get a free show. Thanks for dangling with us.

How is this free?

Wow. This app does way more than I thought. It was suggested to me through an AI and I’m so glad. It’s quite customizable and best of all, free!

Response from developer

Thanks, Samuel. Glad it actually holds up once you start customizing it. Hope it keeps earning a spot in your routine.

Amazing

This is the most addicting app I have ever used. Each day I just want to keep beating my best hang. My hands are blistering. But I love it!

Response from developer

Love that you’re chasing PRs. Ease up if the skin is angry. Calluses are part of it, torn hands aren’t. Glad it’s sticking.

It works

Been hanging daily thanks to this app. My back hasn’t felt this good in years
