App is nonfunctional with a current account. Received no verification code via text nor email. Tried several times and contact their”helpline”. Never heard from them. Waste of time. I prefer mobile app orders and perks, but I would have been better off just driving there and ordering the food at the counter. Hangry Joe’s has a technological deficient mobile app.

Great food, bad app
I find this app absolutely useless because it does not allow you to pay using your existing (safe) Apple Pay. I am NOT entering my credit card information to order and I am definitely not going to save it for future use.

In app offers don’t work
When ordering, the in app offers don’t apply, still makes you pay full price.
Suggestions
I would like to add a couple of ideas, add a special instructions at the bottom because if a customer has a dietary restriction or has dietary needs, they can be able to order that suits their dietary needs and I would also like a no drink option because I brink drinks when I order online
