I literally can’t login, I’m stuck on the hangry joes logo spinning after I press log in , I went to a hangry joes because it was my birthday to claim a free Sando and it took about 10 minutes for the employee to find the reward thing, at the end she just asked me to put my number in the kiosk and it worked thanks to her, please let me know on how I can fix the app and login

Verificación issues. technological deficient mobile app. Can’t login with a valid account.
App is nonfunctional with a current account. Received no verification code via text nor email. Tried several times and contact their”helpline”. Never heard from them. Waste of time. I prefer mobile app orders and perks, but I would have been better off just driving there and ordering the food at the counter. Hangry Joe’s has a technological deficient mobile app.

Great food, bad app
I find this app absolutely useless because it does not allow you to pay using your existing (safe) Apple Pay. I am NOT entering my credit card information to order and I am definitely not going to save it for future use.
Also, stop trying to guilt people into tipping on a pickup order!

In app offers don’t work
When ordering, the in app offers don’t apply, still makes you pay full price.
Suggestions
I would like to add a couple of ideas, add a special instructions at the bottom because if a customer has a dietary restriction or has dietary needs, they can be able to order that suits their dietary needs and I would also like a no drink option because I brink drinks when I order online

Everything about this place is great. The people are friendly and the food is good. The app needs to be tossed and replaced. It took me almost 35 minutes to place an order.

The app and the website will never accept any of my credit cards. Love the food but am simply unable to purchase anything online.
Coupons never work
None of the coupons ever work. Birthday coupon, Instagram coupon. None of them. Nobody cares no matter who you reach out too from corporate. Classic bait and switch advertising. They just take your email and info
Weird Funtionality
I created an account using my Apple account. But then I couldn’t use my Apple Pay to use for an order. This is counterintuitive to me.

The app is irrelevant since I have never been able to place an order. It always says the card cannot be verified, no matter what card I use. Pathetic.
