Broken Rewards
Can’t create an awards account online (tried different browsers) and can’t create one through the app. In store management just says to use the app. The AI chat is completely useless. Reset password says there’s no account associated with my email. How can such a company fail at so basic a task? Do you not like earning money? Why waste effort falsely advertising a rewards program that doesn’t exist?

Great app
Love the app but miss the totaling of the shopping list which was on the older version. It gave me a ballpark total so I could better understand if I could afford what I wanted to purchase.

New update won’t work
I liked the app since it existed u til the updates a few days ago. I click on Update & nothing. Tried 5x, deleted app & reinstalled 2x.
Lousy app, terrible delivery
First, the search engine on this app does not work. I keep getting an error code.
Secondly, the app is a waste of time. Deliveries never come in the window you select.

From the bottom to the top, this is our one stop shop, thank you to the General Manager, Rich and all the employees who take care of me and go the extra mile.
Order in the store
I used to be able to see my list or my cart in the same order where the food belongs in the store. That doesn’t happen anymore. Drives me absolutely crazy.

App never works worst app between all the grocery chains
This app has difficulties when using voiceover on an iPhone as a blind shopper
I am blind and I use VoiceOver on my iPhone. This app is satisfactory but when I am going through my shopping list when I add an item to my cart the List is very squirrel and it will bounce to a different location in the list. As a result it takes me twice as long to shop for my groceries because I have to go back and find where I left off. if I simply pass an item in the shopping list I have no problem it's only when I add an item to the cart it will bounce all over the place. I wish they would fix this.

Terrible app
Is it true you need the app to receive discounts/coupons? I tried no fewer than 10 times to sign up for an account on the app and always received an error message. I really really REALLY HATE the Hannaford App!
Can’t load the new version
I can’t update because my phone is to old and can’t afford a new one. The web version is more difficult why can’t the app update be made for older phones or or the previous version be still available
Lots of glitches
This app is full of little glitches that make it really difficult to use. For example, the shopping list constantly jumps position when scrolling or adding something to your cart. It becomes infuriating to use. I tried to use the in-app feedback link to report it, and of course got an error and wasn’t even able to let them know that way. So I’m leaving this review, hoping they read it and fix the problem.

Great app
Delivery and pick up options are fantastic, I just wish they grouped items in your cart by aisle or area so it made shopping in store faster. Or at least show aisle in cart preview
