Love my Hannaford
I love shopping at the Brunswick Hannaford. The store is very clean and there are enough employees working if I have any questions. The quality of their produce and meats is always excellent and they always are well stocked. The employees are always friendly and I appreciate that they thank me for shopping there.

Buggiest App ever
Every time there’s an app update, I have to sign back in to it on my iPhone. I’m back into my account, and it shows zero rewards points collected. I like being able to clip coupons and have them saved to my rewards account so they are auto applied when I make an appropriate purchase. But why isn’t there simply a “coupon” tab?! To get to coupons you have to go into the rewards tab, and then there is an option for “clipped coupons”, then you have to mess around to get to all coupons. Ridiculous. Make a coupon tab that is only coupons!! And where did all of my rewards points go after this latest update - ugh. Nothing got better after this update. It got worse.

Great store for shopping and saving!
It’s a 15-20 minute trip to shop but well worth it each time I do! The product selection is awesome and the staff is extremely helpful in North Brookfield MA. Thanks Hannaford just wish you were in my town too!

Bring back the old weekly ad view
Grid view is slow and does not show savings on top page; print view is clunky and does not allow swiping to right side of flyer. Terrible “update”.

Needs more work
Ever since you were hacked, the app does not work well at all. I can load from the web, but not from the app. Update: the app won’t rotate from portrait view to landscape.
App update stinks
It used to send an email with items in your order but now it links to tiny pics you can’t see without a magnifying glass. I guess that they think children are shopping. When you try to click on the link that shows your order nothing happens. Totally unacceptable!

Glitchy and confusing
Used it for the first time and it kept trying to kick me out and prove I’m not a bot for “suspicious behavior” and I almost stopped then.
I think my blueberries were missing from my delivery, but when I try to confirm I actually ordered them, I can’t see what I actually ordered because it says I have no past purchases, even when it shows the savings I got from the purchase and I’m definitely logged in.
Would have been good otherwise but I’ll just drag my toddler to Market Basket.

Never able to view flayed on app. App completely a waste of time.
Produce Could Be Better
I’m in the store at least four times a week. Fresh produce, particularly the open wall of refrigerators with cucumbers, peppers, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, broccoli and asparagus, often aren’t very fresh. The asparagus that is supposed to be standing in the water trays is often laying down and/or not in the water trays. Some of this is on the store’s produce team and much more on supply chain choices. I give Market Basket produce a 10/10 rating while Hannies gets no more than a 7/10. Now that local farm stands are open, I’ll be getting my summer/fall produce from them. Meanwhile just about everything else I get comes from my Hannies : ))
