This is by far the buggiest app I have ever used. Down more often than not. It’s quite shocking this company can’t afford a better quality app and maintenance for it.

Love it
I love the app, really appreciate that my past purchases can be quickly found and added. The functionality is great. One improvement I would love to see when looking at a product specifically/individually is also being able to see other flavors of the same product. Would also love the ability to request a new product if I can’t find what I’m looking for (not sure how the new product procurement process works but I’d like to suggest products because I’d prefer to shop at just one store). Overall, the app is great!

Invoices and returns are terrible
Billing is confusing, returns/refunds are difficult to access on app or website.

Pros:
- you get custom coupons tailored to your shopping
- easy to turn on Hannaford rewards
- relatively easy to navigate User Interface

- you have to change stores to the one you’re currently shopping at if you want accurate prices; discrepancy b/t online and in-person prices
- coupon list doesn’t always update nor are the coupons always applied correctly
- custom coupons do not always compete with other stores selling the same product
- you get custom coupons tailored to your shopping

User unfriendly
I personally find the app extraordinarily frustrating to use. I’ll get a confirmation of my to go order saying I can make updates, but I cannot make updates. It seems to work sometimes, but not others. It did not work at all when I tried the delivery option, and I could not add to my order after only a few minutes.
The phone number for my store is not listed under the address, I have to hit “store locations” to find it.
I can also no longer indicate where in my vehicle I’d like the bags to go.

App Review
My biggest pet peeve is that you can’t choose your own replacement item. Your choices stink (sorry).
Good minus glitches
The app is very convenient for car side to go but the glitches within the shopping list, and not having multiple shopping lists anymore plus other changes after the last update months ago, are incredibly annoying.
Need to be able to substitute with a specific item
Like all other major retailers, the shopper needs to be able to search for and select a specific substitute for an item.
App still freezes
The app is not working still. Every time I try to look at past orders it just keeps showing the same 5 items or completely freezes.

Really messed up
This app really needs a lot of work! The shopping lists are worse than the old app. You can only have one now. The sorting by location feature is terrible. When you are looking at shopping lists and trying to add items to cart. It constantly will jump back up in the list! Need to fix theses items. I was able to shop using the shopping g list beforehand. Now it is much harder to use.

Use app before store
It’s like the app won’t work anytime I enter the actual store. So preclip your coupons or you’ll be screwed.

Not a good app… was better before
You can’t pick the weight of items priced by weight? Deli meat/cheese, seafood etc. I don’t need an entire pound of scallops at the very most I’d get a half pound but you can’t adjust it’s 1 or more. So I’ll buy them somewhere else while I’m out today. Convenience that isn’t so convenient. Also, shoppers always pick something different for meat than what’s selected. Selected 1.5 lbs sirloin tips for a gathering and got .93lbs of thin sliced sirloin….
