Pay wall sucks
I’ve really liked this game for years, got pretty fast at it too. Unfortunately, now the faster animation option is stuck behind a paywall, and there’s been more ads lately. This just seems like a blatant cash grab and it sucks that I’ll have to try and find another game like this now.
Hanoi tower
This game is awesome! It is nice because it gets you thinking and it sharpens the mind. So far I have down loaded it and played and now I am sitting on my couch watching Billy Madison. It is a really good game. The only thing I do not like are the adds that is the only flaw I have had. All In all it a great game!

This isn’t possible
there’s 26 levels and with every level it adds an extra block. everytime you add a block the minimum number of moves is multiplied by 2 and plus 1. which means by level 26 you would have to make 67,108,863 moves MINIMUM to complete the game. great game tho

Great game…but so frustrated by the, EVEN WHEN OPTIMIZED WITH MINIMUM ANIMATION, slowww animation. I’m so much faster than this game lets me play.

I don’t do reviews often, I have a ton of apps. But I’ll say that Hanoi towers is great for my brain! It is challenging and intriguing. Took me many times to pass the level 6, now I’ve got 7 and I’m gearing up!

Every second when I left the app for even a second, or when a battery notification came up, a ad would pop up. Fix this! Nobody will want to play your game if we are getting ads left and right!

Love the game - little tweaks
Great game! Love it. Only things that I would change is having non-comfort colors on the movable pieces. And then when selecting a piece to move, have the piece raise up instead of lighting up the stick that you selected. I’m looking at the movable pieces, not the stick.. Additionally, the processing time is really slow (could be my connection, but doubtful as I have played on multiple WiFi connections as well as full 5G cellular connections), it has given me issues when trying to select a piece to move and will not register my tap while playing.

Lighting up the selected piece may be considered in the future release. By the way you can set a faster moving time in settings.
A game that will last your lifetime.
It took me 16mins to finish a stack of 10… I did some calculations, if you play as fast as me and were to play about 4hrs a day it would take about 45yrs to finish this app. Better get started 😁
Tedious
The game is fun at first. But then once you get going and figure out the pattern it just gets tiresome. It would at least be nice if you could automate the flipping of the first three, which is done over and over throughout the game. The ads are not too bad. They are long, worthless and annoying and the banner at the bottom contains some ridiculous ads. But it is mostly unobtrusive. Ultimately the game is just tiresome and lacks any real challenge once you figure the pattern out.

Another fun game littered with ads
Another example of an IOS game that I would enjoy and would continue to play if it had 1/5th the amount of ads. Unskippable ads before and after every single level and I had to watch 4 full length ads before I played level 2 since the tutorial gets them before and after as well.
Too sensitive.
Seems overly sensitive — disks I didn’t tap going to shafts I didn’t tap. And would be great if players could save partially completed games and restart from a save point rather than having to start all overto get a perfect score.
Solid tower of Hanoi mobile game
Great to see a working tower of Hanoi game on mobile again. There are some ads but they are fairly short and don't pop up often (thanks devs!). The game is user friendly and clean with some quality of life settings you can change so definitely check the settings once you start.
I would note for anyone coming to play, that you almost certainly will not beat the largest puzzle. The minimum number of moves for that one is over 67 million. If you took one second per move, it would take you over two years to complete. That is assuming you make zero mistakes and never take your eyes off the game in that time. It does save your board state so you could technically do it while having a regular life, but it would likely take decades and you would have to make sure your phone survives that long as well as be able to recognize exactly where you were in the puzzle based on the board state, which can be difficult because the first easy state to recognize will take over a year to get to. You can recognize harder states if you have trained your eyes, but imagine having to do this for a 67 million step puzzle. How many board states would you need to be able to recognize? Far too many I think.
