App crashes immediately upon trying to login.
Crashing on 26.2.1
App keeps crashing on the latest iOS. Need to be fixed and updated. Looks like it has not been updated in over a year.

Malfunctioning
The app will not allow me to sign up as it kicks me out every time I try to answer my information or login.

They force you to use the app but it never works. It crashes any time you make an attempt to use it.

Cannot log in
In the log in page, when I click the email or password text box the app will exit immediately. Severe bug preventing users from logging in

Waste of time
Kept getting emails to download and every time I check it says there aren’t any services available in my state. Why send me multiple emails to download “MI health link” just to say there aren’t any services available

This app and Dr Haddad are wonderful. I was going to go to a local urgent care when a friend recommended HAP provider solutions. Thank you for this!

Pharmacy hours incorrect
Be sure to check your pharmacy’s hours BEFORE calling in. Two times now, the pharmacy hours have been incorrect forcing me to switch to a different local pharmacy for this visit but those hours were incorrect which led me to be in pain for longer than I should have had to until I could get my meds. Very disappointing.
