A Powerful Self-Esteem Building Tool
This app serves as a useful reminder of my achievements - things which often can be forgotten during the typical hustle and bustle of daily life. Anytime I need a little motivation, I go into the app and see all of the things I’ve achieved recently. It pairs well with the offerings of the Happiness Team, which is an immensely powerful course that provided me with the clarity and motivation to pursue my values with urgency.
