Need support- haven’t gotten a resolution
Here is the review I wrought a few months ago because I don’t feel like typing out the whole explanation again:
“I really like this game, but I think there might be a glitch or something in my game. In the past, some of my citizens needed to be found on the map before they could live in the house. Currently, I am on level 1076 trying to recruit a second citizen to live in L. Villa T and they need to be found on the map amongst the tourists. I have looked at every single person coming through the map the past few days. I swear I have memorized all the current citizens and I don't see any potential citizens amongst the tourists. I have tapped on each one and nothing. I don't think the potential citizen is coming through the map. I keep coming back, but I can't move on and build anything else until I recruit this citizen. Can you please help me somehow?? I want to play more and move on because it's becoming less interesting without being able to expand.
Also, when will there be more main tasks for me to complete? Like what phase do I have to get to in order to get more?”
Here was the response:
“Dear Mayor,
Hat-wearing man/woman → train station
Japanese-style man/woman → airport
Cheerleader → near the promo vehicle”
This wasn’t helpful because none of these citizens or visitors/tourists on my map were recruitable, including the ones described in the response, no matter how long or how many times I tried.
