Love the game, the ads are a problem
I have been really loving this game and have no complaints about the gameplay! I like to use the ads to supplement my city’s income. However, some of the ads I have seen are extremely inappropriate, considering the app store recommends this game to kids age 4 and up. I have gotten several ads for story apps that contain explicit sexual content and it makes me deeply uncomfortable to think there could be a child playing this game that witnesses the same ad. Even as an adult playing this game, I have no desire to see such advertisements. If somehow this app could adjust who they have advertisement agreements with or which ads they are showing, gameplay would be much more enjoyable!

When matching couples, the opposite gender of the child is whe parent they take the most traits from. This is inclusive to hair, and if they just allow the child to have the hair of the same sex at least, then it would feel more natural. At least the color could be the opposite gender. Or maybe they should randomize and give more creative value to the characters. But this isn’t as fun as I originally thought. The game kinda is short too. You don’t have many levels to go through to build ur town and citizens.

TOO MUCH ADS
I love this game, but the ads are unbearable. 😭 Everything involving money requires you to watch a long ad, and some of them are literally 1–2 minutes long. If the ads were shorter, I’d definitely still play, but having to sit through such long ads constantly makes me not even want to play anymore.

zoo
i really do love this game it’s so good! however for the zoo update i thought we were just building a zoo like how we build the buildings and stuff. although it is fun just wasn’t what i was expecting!!
Progress deleted or disappeared
Loved this game got to level 550 opened the new area built 2 houses came back 2 day later areas closed houses gone. Game just seems to be glitching and deleting my progress. Can’t even explain why.
What an entertaining game!
Good for people who like building communities in small games. It is a simulation of creating your own city!

I actually love playing this on my spare time and don’t mind the ads while im doing something else, i just really enjoyed the matching game with the veggies but i didnt know it was going to be so short. Pleas bring it back

This game is fun until you reach level 900 and then every upgrade cost 20 million but the one the town puts out isn’t enough to catch up.

it’s a fun game, down side is it’s impossible to find the partner for someone when it’s looking through tourists. i’m stuck at this point and cannot ever find the person who wants to stay. it’s annoying.

I love this game! It’s one of the cutest games I’ve ever played. However, recently I’ve noticed that the option to watch ads has either been removed or there may be a system error. I’ve tried to watch the ads many times, but they just won’t load.
At first, I thought I might have forgotten to update the software. Now I’ve updated the app to the latest version, but unfortunately, the ads still won’t load.
Some activities in the game require watching ads, so this issue has been quite frustrating for me. I’m honestly starting to think about stopping playing and uninstalling the app.
Could you please look into this issue and help fix it?
