About
Happy Club 2.0 keeps the books for a community savings group — a bachat samuha, committee, or club fund — so the treasurer and the members are always looking at the same numbers.
COLLECT THE MONTHLY SAVINGS
Record the whole month's collection in one pass, member by member, in cash or through the bank. The app shows who has paid, who has not, and what each late fine comes to. Couples can save as one household, and a single member can pay a couple's share.
KEEP TRACK OF THE FUND
One screen shows the fund balance, how much is held in the bank, how much is in hand as cash, how much is out on loan, the interest earned, the fines collected, and the expenses paid.
MANAGE LOANS PROPERLY
Issue a loan against a member's savings, with a collateral member or as a short-term loan without one. Interest is worked out for you, repayments are applied to interest first, and overdue loans are flagged. A member's borrowing limit follows their household savings.
SEE WHERE EVERY RUPEE WENT
Every deposit, withdrawal, loan, repayment and expense is kept in a searchable history you can filter by member, type, payment mode, month or date range. The yearly report totals the collection month by month and member by member.
BUILT FOR NEPALI GROUPS
Dates can be shown in the Bikram Sambat or the Gregorian calendar, and you can switch at any time. Members can be searched by name, telephone number or blood group.
SHARED, BUT PRIVATE
Records synchronise between the organiser and the members, and the app keeps working when you are offline. Only email addresses the organiser has added can sign in, and members can be given edit or view-only access. There is no advertising and no tracking, and nothing is shared with anyone outside your group.
