Great! But to many ads
Im approximately 4 years in with this game. Stopped playing for a while because i was unable to upgrade my nurses and equipment to keep up with the levels. Came back and now it seems like it updated recently because I can get more gems and more coins, which means I can update faster. But there’s way more ads. It takes longer to exit.

The game is fun but the ads/ pop-ups make it less interesting and makes it longer but overall good game
To many ads even after paying for no ads
I love the game but definitely find it as false advertisement to say $4.99 for no ads but then there are still a lot of pop ups. Or you’re forced to watch videos stating if you don’t watch it you won’t get your prize they’re awarding you. Definitely should get a refund.
Annoyed
I downloaded the game because of the ad showed popping ASMR stuff (like the cover of the app🧐)… that’s only like 10% of the game, and now it’s only interactive part of that is tapping the screen- so short. Also, the loading screen includes a nurse of Color… but when trying to customize your character, it only gives options for a white woman. The game is a challenge, which is nice, BUT that means constantly watching ads to be able to finish a level/ earn what is needed.
