Annoyed
I downloaded the game because of the ad showed popping ASMR stuff (like the cover of the app🧐)… that’s only like 10% of the game, and now it’s only interactive part of that is tapping the screen- so short. Also, the loading screen includes a nurse of Color… but when trying to customize your character, it only gives options for a white woman. The game is a challenge, which is nice, BUT that means constantly watching ads to be able to finish a level/ earn what is needed.

Além do bug de fechar DO NADA e você perder o que estava fazendo, agora simplesmente sumiu todo meu progreso, do nivel 1900 foi para o 1 =/

Fun at first
It’s a great game for the first little while. But the game becomes almost impossible and can take days to pass one level, it’s not fun at all after a little bit.
Clothing Tickets
After a certain point the clothing tickets become irrelevant because you can’t use them when all of the clothing left is through events only. There should be an option to exchange that for coins, gems or boosters. I currently have over 30,000 clothing tickets but can’t even use them because I own everything for purchase via tickets.

Ads ruin the game
The game play is good but there’s way to many ads and pop ups that take away from gameplay. They’re not short either, some are a minute or longer.
Inappropriate ads
The game is decent but it has very inappropriate ads. I deleted the game because of this. It is unfortunate because the game wasn’t so bad but I don’t need my kids if I let them play this game see the ads that were showing. We have to protect our kids minds and this is unacceptable.

Not too hard . Am able to play without any cost but it takes a while to get enough bonuses for difficult levels
Rip off/scam
Why are the upgrades/doctors so expensive to upgrade? We aren’t paid enough to purchase upgrades. We are forced to buy money/coin packs with real world money. It’s so expensive!! Even the endless mode, that pays what.. 1-300coins and that alone isn’t enough to upgrade a single machine! Don’t get me started with all the pop ups like damn.. no I don’t want to buy all that for $29.99.

I've been playing this game for over a year and the last level made me want to remove the game. Level is incredibly challenging to pass without spending real money. Upgrades cost way too much and it takes very long time to collect enough coins. The game is not fun anymore when you stuck on one level for weeks just so you can collect enough coins or diamonds

Cheats
I like the game, but when the patient is healed by the Dr occasionally your points will not go up. It'll make you play several times before it finally gives you the points so you can level up. It's usually after you spend so many coins or use things up.
Ads not registering after watching
It’s one after another. I watch endless adds to help boost my game and after the advert is finished you’re not able to go back to the game you have to restart the whole app. Lost countless amount of levels and in game boosts because of it… very disappointing
