Why Progress Selection?
I love the game, but all of a sudden my game is interrupted by a pop up saying to make a Progress Selection. Both options say to “think again!” Not a happy camper—I don’t want to lose my status.
Waste of time
Had to delete this game bc it’s ridiculous to want to play a game then being stuck with having ads shoved down your throat after EACH LEVEL, RIDICULOUS. And no, I ain’t paying money to remove ads off a game that ain’t worth playing.

Why am I getting ads when I paid extra to remove ads??? Tried to report and or request a refund. Scam!
What happened to the game?
This is now a totally different game and I’m on Level 1 when I was over level 1000 before. What happened? It doesn’t even look the same? I’ve spent so much on coins that I see as a waste now!
Stopped playing
I love the game but at level 3200 have been waiting for new areas to open for over a year, without new areas frequently opening you can’t expect people to keep playing, it just gets boring. Deleting soon
Enjoyable but far too difficult
The game is actually good however as two or three easy levels you get hard then very hard, which you can spend weeks on unless spending money. This is the constant cycle and when you get to landmark levels namely 100,200 etc, instead of an easy one to gain credits as a celebration, you are hit with a stupidly difficult level

Would have given 5 stars before this
Lost over 2 years of progress (100,000+ stars) after connecting Facebook, which loaded an older account and overwrote my current one.
Support initially responded but has not replied in over a week despite multiple follow-ups and requests for escalation. They even said that it is possible to fix…but that they basically just didn’t feel like it. (In so many words).
I’m hoping this can be reviewed and resolved, as this was a significant amount of progress.

Stopped playing
I love the game but we have been waiting for new areas to open for several months, without new areas frequently opening you can’t expect people to keep playing, it just gets boring
Using stars
I have over 9000 stars to use to build areas and it just tells me that more areas will be released soon. It has been like this for months - will it be fixed soon? I can’t get the benefit that comes with building areas until this issue is fixed.
My favourite game
I love this game, the animation is beautiful, and the skill level is challenging, but not impossible. The rewards and side quests are super fun.
Well I’ve reached the end
I’ve been playing this game for some years now. I am on level 1768. I have ran out of game. I’ve been waiting for months for them to add new additions so I can keep building, but I have built everything. I want to keep playing. I have 400 stars saved up. But there’s no sense in it if there’s nowhere to go in the game anymore. I love the graphics. The levels are very hard sometimes and that keeps me on my toes. I have had it on every phone I’ve ever had. I am really going to miss it. Hopefully one day you’ll add more land to decorate.

Not fun anymore
I used to love this game! But not anymore. Unless you want to spend money you’re stuck in the same game for weeks and months! It’s not fun anymore. And spending money doesn’t help either. They just take it and the game still can’t be beat. At least give the players ways to add more time to the game to win especially after months in the same game. It’s about fun playing the game! But greed takes over for the creators of these games and then it’s over! There’s no more fun! I will be removing the app for this game. It’s a fun game but not if you can’t win a game and move on.

Almost impossible
I have played this game almost 3 years, I am on level 447 because this is the hardest game I’ve ever played.Every other level is difficult-extremely hard-too many obstacles and not enough time.As for the daily tasks, I would love to meet someone who is able to obtain the coins or win 5 games in a row because it takes me almost 2 weeks to win one.

So I’ve recorded myself playing and once you get close, the seconds come off in 10s. Also, they take lives randomly and you rarely get the next day prize. Also add in the middle of a timed game????? Nah
WAY too many ads!
Do you game makers even care that in each and every stage of play, you kill the flow and feel of the game by making us close no less than 5 pop up windows wanting us to buy something? And you also have to watch videos of other games in order to move along. Who in the heck do you think has time for that? Most of us get these games in hopes of a bit of distraction from our busy and hectic lives, but the way you have this set up it is simply ANNOYING and NERVE WRACKING. You people are smart enough to make these games, but not smart enough to realize that you LOOSE potential customers by killing the flow of the game with constant, never ending ads? Surely you are smart enough to figure out how 1) to make the game actually the way you advertise it, 2) To be mindful and respectful of the customers time and let us finish several rounds before you ‘remind us’ that you want to sell us something? Jeeze Louise guys. A game that might be fun is ruined by constant begging for money! And I thought the political money begging texts had gotten out of hand. You guys make them look like saints!

I keep losing my coins
I have played over 1000 levels and really enjoy this game. However, some levels are ridiculously hard and take days and days to complete, literally. Because the finish window comes up right across the middle of the playing board, in my rush to get all the pieces I finish up tapping on the button to use my coins to continue. The coins don’t come easily, the most I have managed to collect is around 700. I wouldn’t use these when I know I’m not going to win, but I’ve lost them all and many more this way. I have contacted support about moving the window off the playing board but they are not helpful. I thought they would’ve at least reimbursed me my coins as this is a design fault with the game in my opinion. Getting annoyed to the point of deleting the game.
