Card game collection
We have 10 days to go and I still need 9 gold cards. These cannot be requested, so why aren’t you giving them out. I play this game A LOT and will be VERY disappointed to not finish all the work I have put in but cannot complete when I have no control over getting gold cards. Is there some way to earn them that I am not aware of?

Too difficult
It used to be a very fun game. It’s changed recently so it’s extremely difficult to beat a level without spending money. I won’t spend money so I guess I won’t be playing.
Joke
The pieces for the weekly fever event are so small you have to clear the whole board to see them. Also how come my puzzle event does only show up with 13 hours left. This game has gotten really bad
Zero Support
Great game, but it’s been a week and I’ve been completely ghosted by support. My Music Tour event glitched, causing me to lose purchased credits, event progress, and unclaimed rewards. I’ve now submitted five support requests and haven’t received a single response—not even an acknowledgment.
I enjoy the game and would happily give it 5 stars if there were a responsive customer support team. If you’re going to sell in-app purchases, players should be able to get help when something goes wrong.
