Awful
The support in this game is awful. I’ve played for years and have recently had several issues to discuss with “support.” The bottom line is: there IS NO support. They don’t offer solutions that help. And it’s near impossible to get to support. It looks easy but it’s not. And the “support” people are merely there to send your problems/issues to the tech people. They are no help. They don’t read and comprehend what you write. And each one that jumps in has no clue about what you have already discussed. My game kept crashing and I kept reporting to NO avail. I finally had no choice but to uninstall and reinstall. And then? My game completely changed! It’s not even the same game I have played for literally YEARS. How does that happen. So, some people still have the old game. But new players (and any old players that have issues) get this stupid new version that we didn’t want. And they won’t do anything about that either. My advice is find a different match game to download.

Can’t restore my purchase
I love but this app sucks I paid to bypass the ads and now it won’t let me restore the purchase on it on my new iPad sucks!11111
What happened??
I’ve been playing this game for years. It started glitching and freezing so much that I was forced to finally delete and reinstall. I lost all my progress, which was bad enough, but now it keeps dumping the exact same items over and over with a little over 1 minute to clear the board, which is impossible. Tried to leave a message for support and even that was glitchy.
Please fix this and restore my progress!

Glitchy update
One of my favorite games, but the latest update sucks! It literally glitches out of my game in the middle of my game and goes to Home Screen. Ahhhh… so frustrating! Please fix this issue.
Beware! Overheats your phone
I play this in my iPhone and it overheats the battery to the point I can’t hold it for long. No other apps on my phone overheats my phone. I play online. This is a weird game. It’s like it punishes players who are good by making it more difficult for them to complete a level. The game will give you a ridiculous time to finish the level. And once you miss a level and try to repeat it, the more items you get to the point it’s impossible to finish a level. Every good player on the team I’m in quit the game, because they are having bad experiences with the game like too much item but very few time, app kicks them out and so forth. This is the type of game that will not reward good players but will make it difficult for them to move to the next level. I guess it’s their way to make sure people playing their game will spend. Don’t waste your money. Too many gambling apps advertisement and they’re the scammy-type of ads.
