Glitchy update
One of my favorite games, but the latest update sucks! It literally glitches out of my game in the middle of my game and goes to Home Screen. Ahhhh… so frustrating! Please fix this issue.
Beware! Overheats your phone
I play this in my iPhone and it overheats the battery to the point I can’t hold it for long. No other apps on my phone overheats my phone. I play online. This is a weird game. It’s like it punishes players who are good by making it more difficult for them to complete a level. The game will give you a ridiculous time to finish the level. And once you miss a level and try to repeat it, the more items you get to the point it’s impossible to finish a level. Every good player on the team I’m in quit the game, because they are having bad experiences with the game like too much item but very few time, app kicks them out and so forth. This is the type of game that will not reward good players but will make it difficult for them to move to the next level. I guess it’s their way to make sure people playing their game will spend. Don’t waste your money. Too many gambling apps advertisement and they’re the scammy-type of ads.

Something Changed
I played this game for several years. Recently it started to kick me out of games I was playing. I bought several bundles of the years. I bought a $24.99 bundle 2 days ago. It was ok for a short time but started kicking me out of games again. I am completely deleted this game I enjoyed for several years.

Fun at 1st but deleted
I didn’t get very far in this game before I deleted. The graphics are hard to make out, it’s mostly just a clump and I can’t clear the board which doesn’t make for a fun game.

Fun until the glitches hit
It is a very fun game that improves brain to finger connection. And then a period of glitches hits with freezes and crashes…this will happen for several days which is frustrating.
What’s going on with this?
It’s my favorite game. When I watch the ads to get the points to finish my game it goes to a white screen or just freezes. I bought packages to help when I was out of time or didn’t realize I had used all the boxes. and lost the games bc of the above. It starts my games over every time so I lose what I had earned. It’s really frustrating. I really hope you will check this out.

Use to love
I used to love this game, but I don’t know they changed something and it’s almost impossible I was at level 17,000 and I couldn’t get past it so I deleted the game and reinstalled it and now I’m at level 50 and I still can’t get past that I don’t know what they did.
Game freeze
The game is enjoyable when it’s working, but I am finding it freezes more frequently in the past three months, especially when ads are playing.
5 STAR game 😩 hate the glitch
This is a 5 STAR game until you ask for an additional 60 seconds for 100 coins and it takes your coins, starts the sixty seconds but doesn’t clear the tray. This has happened sooooo many times. But I’m still playing it because I love it.
Add and glitches
Just like everyone else is saying, the ads are ridiculous! This is the first app I've seen that shows you an ad if you pause the game and then unpause it. Also, just today they started showing pop-up ads in the middle of gameplay. Four pop-up ads in a three minute game! What a joke. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to get rid of the ads. There is only a $10 pass. Not a permanent pay version. The gameplay was fun, a little different. Mostly just much much harder than the average game. You will often spend 30 seconds looking for a single match. It was different and I liked the gameplay but the ads and glitches are too much.

Ads freeze
Royal Match and other ads freeze and you cannot get points. Frustrating when you clear a level and then get ripped off.
Too many ads
I LOVE this game but the ads are too much. It’s one thing to have an ad between each level or to watch an ad to get bonuses or be saved, etc. But it’s to the point where if I pause, there’s an ad before resuming. To see my rewards, another ad. I put my phone in airplane mode and there’s less, but still banner ads and between levels (fine). BUT ON TOP OF ALL THAT, some of the ads you have to interact with to make them go away, even in airplane mode. Other times it will say like 20 second ad, but it will actually be longer than that because you have to wait for the exit to pop up. It’s ridiculous!!!!!! This has been going on for a couple months it didn’t use to be this many ads. Also, when I click not interested in an ad it continues to show it to me.

Quit working after latest update
Can’t get it to work since last update. Will not pop up and when I try to update it just sits there.
Fun! But needs improvements.
I love the game. But it has a few bugs to fix. 1) Timers are too short. At times, I’ve given a decent time 8-9 to complete a HUGE pile. Then it dwindles down to like 5. 2) Team Leaders need an option to change the Team name. Maybe quarterly? I just need it once as I inherited my Team from a non returning leader. I don’t want the hassle of creating a new Team just for a name. I have a few great players I don’t want to lose & a few that play on/off due to medical reasons. 3) The FB page needs active Admin & Moderators. No new activity/posts since May 2024. And I just found it Dec 2025. Social Media is the key now days to keep apps active and players happy. There’s no other way for players to communicate other than the… 4) Minimal Team Chat. The chat needs upgrading! It scrolls side to side which makes it hard to read/edit before posting. No emojis. I have a player showing at the top of my chat requesting help for lives. That player requested and left. And it has been stuck in my chat for over a year. I’ve uninstalled/re installed the app & they’re still there. I’ve reported it to support several times & nothing has been done to remove it.

So Glitchy
I had to uninstall because the game froze every few seconds. This really ruined it for me.
It used to be fun :(
Now it’s impossible to beat if you don’t have any help items. Too bad, we had a good run.
TOO MUCH CHEATING and Support do nothing.

LOVE love love this game, have been playing it for years. BUT… I’m sooo cheesed off that players are repeatedly ’dropping in’ to my Star Tournaments with hundreds of thousands of Stars without even playing 1 level. I’m getting tired of reporting it and nothing gets done about it.
SUPPORT NEED TO LIFT THEIR GAME and workout how these cheats are doing this and create some coding to prevent it.
Shame I love this game so much, my team mates are wonderful people, if it wasn’t for them I’d give up playing it.

Don’t Bother
I purchased the Match Pass as it was advertised to give me perks for the purchase. It appeared I would receive 1600 coins, and a number of hints/scrambles in addition to 8 lives instead of 5. Plus no ads. Well, despite what’s advertised, there are some arbitrary goals you have to meet to obtain what you paid for. Customer Service could care less. Waste of time and money. There will probably be some bot response saying how sorry they are I am disappointed with the game. They could care less.
