Used to be great
This game used to be really fun. Now there is a long ad after every level. More ad time than playing time. Very frustrating.
The game isn’t working properly. No teams, not receiving the bonus’s .

Card game collection
We have 10 days to go and I still need 9 gold cards. These cannot be requested, so why aren’t you giving them out. I play this game A LOT and will be VERY disappointed to not finish all the work I have put in but cannot complete when I have no control over getting gold cards. Is there some way to earn them that I am not aware of?

Too difficult
It used to be a very fun game. It’s changed recently so it’s extremely difficult to beat a level without spending money. I won’t spend money so I guess I won’t be playing.
Joke
The pieces for the weekly fever event are so small you have to clear the whole board to see them. Also how come my puzzle event does only show up with 13 hours left. This game has gotten really bad
Zero Support
Great game, but it’s been a week and I’ve been completely ghosted by support. My Music Tour event glitched, causing me to lose purchased credits, event progress, and unclaimed rewards. I’ve now submitted five support requests and haven’t received a single response—not even an acknowledgment.
I enjoy the game and would happily give it 5 stars if there were a responsive customer support team. If you’re going to sell in-app purchases, players should be able to get help when something goes wrong.

Needs a fix
Love this app but recently it freezes mid game and when you restart the screen is black .
Card game not working
The game is good, except when it glitches. Now when we request a card from teammate it says Less than 24 hrs to cool down! What is that all about?
So Disappointed Developers
It’s like the developers are playing whack a mole. I gave this game two stars because I’ve been playing for several years and I have enjoyed it for many reasons. However, every time the developers launch an update, something goes horribly wrong. Gamers are left at a huge loss. The lack of foresight and testing ahead of launching is irresponsible and negligent. Many of my team are in the top 500 and at the very top of the leaderboard. People who play like this have devoted time, energy and are devoted to their teams. Occasionally, the developers doll out a generous sum for their neglect however, most of the time they are either not responding at all or when they do it is many days later.
Do better developers - before you lose all of your patrons. We are disappointed to say the least.

Marge game disappeared
What happened? All it wants me to do now buy the Marge pass it won't give me anything this game has become a joke

I gave only 1 star as trying to contact you is fruitless. I don't get it. You should be able to contact support but it just keeps bouncing back. Horrible 😡😡

TOO MANY ADS!
I have loved playing this game for a long time. I’m done with it now. Since the last update, there are so many ads that I spend more time waiting for the ads to be over than playing the game! No thank you!
Stopping at Level 7535–TOO MANY ADS
The game is fun and challenging, but there are WAY TOO MANY ADS, and they’re long. One after every level?!?!? Crazy!
Updated to 5.0.5 and now it doesn’t work
I updated to the 5.0.5 version and the game loads but doesn’t open beyond the loading page. I uninstalled ( kept data) and reinstalled no change. Updated my IOS thinking that might be the issue and still no change. Next attempt will be to completely remove game and data. I hate restarting at the beginning.

Dissapointed
Wrote the company because of some problems I had with the add-on booster icons nor working. They replied in a timely manner & told me updates had been applied. They gave me back the booster items that had not worked and some added coinage.
All of the items (xtra time, rocket thing, and another item) disappeared a couple of days later without being used!
Now, it's happening again. Xtra time that I tried to use has been deducted, but no xtra time was ever added to the game. The coinage is all gone, even though I never used it.
I wrote again and have not heard back in days. I am on level 239 and it seems my only option is to delete the game. NOT a happy customer!!
