-Added compatibility with Apple accessibility options (Variable button text size). -Changed score calculation with respect to patient weight. Application now gathers information on initial weight and calculates score updates based on a provider-given threshold. -Added an assessment history screen that displays past assessment dates and their corresponding scores.
