I got my flight cancelled by the airline and its been 50 days now but i hadn’t received my refund yet. My 40,000 is stuck with them. All they do is lie that airline didn’t refunded them yet. Never use this website. They are completely fraud and scam. Never trust them and stay away completely. Now i dont have any hopes of getting my refund from these scammers. I even took their vip support by paying 500 extra and im doing booking from them is my biggest mistake

I just booked a ticket worth 3766, as soon as I booked it, website showed that booking is in progress and will be verified manually before confirmation. The status of my booking went to verification pending and later the same day got cancelled as it could not be confirmed with airlines due to increased fare.
Now I should have received a full refund, but got only 3366. Not sure where the remaining 400 Rs went to as the booking itself was never confimed.

Worst service
I'm a new user, and I recently booked a ticket through a website called HappyFares. Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that this website may not be reliable. After I completed my booking, I received a message stating that my reference number is [insert reference number]. However, the message also informed me that my booking was not completed, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. I intend to raise this issue with the Civil Aviation Authority to ensure that others do not encounter the same problems I faced.

This website is a scam.
While booking the flight they will sent the message but when any flight cancled even 4 days before also they will not sent any message or info . They will not refund your money or cancel your ticket even airline change the date of your boarding .
I booked ticke for 28 th may but airline changed it to 30may . When i asked happyfare customer care they are saying sorry we cannot help . I have taken the insurance while booking flight but they are not ready to discuss about insurance . They are saying , we dont know about it , just talk to your insurance provider.
It seems to be a scam site or fraud one . My advice please go for other good reputated app. “BECAREFULL”

Avoid at all cost
Below Average experience. Booking was okay. Check in was pathetic; 5-10 random passengers booked on same PNR. Almost missed the flight because web checkin couldn’t be done and add on not possible. Couldn’t select seat. No confirmation of ticket till 12 hours before departure; PNR INVALID on airline website till last minute. You can only check flight status on happyfares website in last 6-12 hours before departure. No response or useless response from customer care.
