Been trying to withdraw my money for YEARS. All they do is email and tell you nothing can be done & they are in legal talks. Now the app doesn’t even work/open. Pretty sure they just stole everyone’s money & shut down their app at this point. Class action coming

So for 14.5 months I have not been able to deposit any money into this account I’m told that they are trying to get some sort of SEC agreement or something like that I don’t understand why they would even start this application if they was not able to keep in terms with the SEC

Scam! Money locked for years
I’ve had a HappyNest account since 2022-2023 and invested about $15. Periodically, I would check the account to see if there was any growth. HappyNest paused accepting new investments a few years back and stated that we should wait while they’re working on changes. Also, there wasn’t an option to withdrawal those funds so I decided to stick with it. It’s now June 2026, and the app no longer works. I cannot visit the HappyNest website. I don’t see a place I can contact to get my investment back either. I’m just happy I didn’t invest more money and got it lost. I believe this app was a scam. It’s a shame things had to come to this. HappyNest had a very nice UI and I wanted to believe in their real estate investment strategy.

Seeking legal action
It has been several years since I made my initial deposit, dividends were paused, nearly 2+ years ago. On top of that, I’m unable to withdraw my money from my portfolio and any attempt to reach out to support has been null - they stop responding after the first email. I seriously have no idea why Apple will continues to allow such a shady and most likely fraudulent investment company to remain listed. Give me my money back.
