Gym is fantastic, but app overreaches on privacy
HS is a wonderful gym with a helpful welcoming staff. The app works well, but it now requires 'full access' to read your entire calendar if you'd like it to add events. This is a substantial security overreach, given that the app only needs permission to 'write' events to add them to your calendar not read everything else already in your calendar app. Allowing this full access permission in concert with the other personal information HS has access to provides the app developer and gym much greater access to personally identifying information than is needed to deliver the service of booking classes. This is a bad security practice.

Love This Gym!
I have never been a person who enjoys going to gyms but Harbor Square is truly unique. The support staff is amazing and all of the instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. There are so many great classes to choose from every day for every level of fitness. My husband and I are visiting Edmonds for the summer and go to the gym almost every day. The members are very friendly and we always feel at home here.

Doesn’t support large text
My eyes need larger text on my phone. Latest version won’t adjust to put all the info on the page. The check box required on a consent form won’t show up unless I change the text size in my phone settings. Not a problem with this before this new version. Ugh
App needs work
I get the following every time I attempt to login: “Error Occurred at Server. Please try again after done time.” Also, when requesting a PW reset an email is never sent even after being told that my email is already being used for an account.
