Disappointing upgrade and service fee
This is my third year using the app and yes I’m only writing a review now. The service charge fee is ridiculous. Parents are trying to feed their kids. Many of us who work maybe don’t have time or their child would much rather have a hot meal if given the option and having to pay a fee for each use. Also, I have always found the app user friendly until the latest upgrade. Who has the time or patience to input their email address and credit card information for every single purchase. Please upgrade your app again to save information, be more user friendly and please think about changing your service charge. Especially now with COVID restrictions, isn’t it better to use the app then send cash to school.

Excellent app but costly Convenience Fee
I was thrilled when my child's school could finally order via this app. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered that there is a $0.50 Convenience Fee charged with each order placed. This charge wasn't explained in any of the info/FAQs in the app.
