Horrible - Steer Clear!
This is the WORST of the casino apps for one reason, and I’ve tried quite a few of them. Simply put, I have to spend way too much money to have a fun experience on this app, and there’s no chance of winning anything whatsoever - unless I spend a ridiculous amount of money. I can play a game for hours and will not see a single bonus round. Better to avoid the app altogether. They are shameless and it’s clear to me they don’t see their customers as human beings.

Go anywhere but here. That’s my recommendation. I’m not rich, not even remotely. So apparently I’m not their kind of customer. Firstly, they 86’d their daily free spin game. I never won anything anyway, but at least it was a chance to get a few free spins. Secondly, I have to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars to get one bonus round that’s worth two or three dollars. It makes no sense and I don’t see the fun factor in games that return -5000% over long periods of time. I never see most of the features that they advertise for the games. For example, their “top game” of the day did nothing - just dead reels taking deposits, which is hard earned money. If the most popular game is just draining deposits, are other people having better results or am I playing wrong? I wonder if I’d be having the same gaming experience if I were a new customer. And the answer is absolutely not because a new customer would run away and never come back if they had this experience.

Not good you spend more than you win. I’ve spent over $1,100 and earning less than that and wins back having to spend more and more. Every time in one month is crazy better to go into a real casino.

The game I am playing every time I get the three times my winnings. I never win anything three days I’ve been playing now and every time I get to three time winnings nothing. Specially when you have 11 rolls left game is rigged to give you a little bit, but didn’t take it away.

Trying to talk to support is ridiculous. They suspended my account and harassing me to send a screenshot of every card that I have ever had on my account in the last two years cards that I don’t have anymore and cards that are virtual cards and don’t have my name on them and because they don’t have my name on them, they won’t accept them. They are saying oh you need to have bank statements for them. I have a online bank. There is no bank statement for them. And they only started doing this when I referred people so don’t refer people. They will shut down your account and you’ll be stuck in the same way that I am, which is ridiculous. Support is absolutely no help at all. They just repeat the same repetitive thing over and over and over again and I know it’s just so they won’t give me my referral bonus which is crazy I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars there.

Very misleading hotel rewards program, I won a 3 night complimentary night and 40,000 unity points. Called and they stated I had to pay to stay and only getting 35,000 points. The offer was until 31st of September and it’s gone off the app. Very disappointed. Def going to BBB about this and help. I have spent thousands just to be lied out of couple dollars. No integrity.
