Downloaded for the 500 free bonus spins. The first day the first 50 were in my account then no more after that. Reached out to Hard Rock and they said I used all 500. I told them to look at the account, it was just opened so how could I use the 50 per day for 10 days when I’ve honk had the app for a couple of days. They said their system shows all free spins were used… also, it has been 6 days since I requested a deposit into my account from the balance that was available and it is still in “review” status. By far the worst casino app I have used.

Since my last win on 6/12/2026. I’ve deposited funds every single night. Reached out to hosts and customer service about one of the games that just won’t give out.
As of 7/29/2026, since 6/12/2026: I have deposited $15,832.60. Each night is a 2 -5 minute quick nights with no fun and no wins. Just donations, lies, and gimmicks.
Use the app, first couple months. Inc you hit a good amount. Then trust me… end it there it’s not worth it.
Customer service: they are trained to play games with customers and tell them what people want to hear straight from the book.
Update: added another $400. Lost it using same game. Less than 4 minutes.
Bringing my total to $16,232.60 loss.

Of all apps that I’ve played hard rock casino app has never paid out not even once. While other apps like lavish luck and gleeming slots have paid me many times each. 🤷🏻♂️just my experience with hard rock I guess.

i've had hard rock casino for about 7 months now and have played it a ton, I wouldn't invest money or time into this site. There's a lot of glitches within the games themselves where you trigger a bonus or a coin feature and the app will mysteriously close. Or it say some sort of internal error occurred. It seems like a fishy casino to me. I think cesar's casino is 100% a better casino app to use and they offer great rewards depending on how much you wager and deposit! They have great vip reps and customer support which hard rock does not have. you'll wait weeks to a month to get something resolved on hard rock.
