One of my favorite apps to win money on
Incorrect representation for payout
I was playing turbo storm and gotten a turbo storm icon in the middle and a major in the lower left corner. The major is worth $200 on the $2 wager I was betting out I only got an $18 payout. Why? I was supposed to get the $200
So the rep told me the major doesn’t represent $200? It’s just a visual for entertainment purposes. But I feel It should reflect the accurate payout that is listed for the value. Just like the value of the mini or grand. That’s what the visuals are - they are supposed to represent what the listed prize is so you know what you are playing for. So what they are telling me is even though the major says it’s worth $200 that this isn’t true? If that is the case why even give it an amount? That’s false advertising and I will file a lawsuit against the games company because it’s misrepresentation. And it doesn’t go both ways. Just when it’s convenient for them both to pay out. I have a picture proving this!

I didn’t realize Hard Rock has two separate apps, one for Sportsbook and one for Casino. And when you register, they don’t make it clear that the welcome bonus you get depends on which app you happen to sign up through. Here’s the really confusing part, apparently, your money can be used across both apps, and you can even play casino games through either one. But the welcome bonus? Nope. That’s tied to whichever app you registered through. So I unknowingly signed up through Sportsbook, even though I don’t bet on sports and wouldn’t know what I was doing if you handed me a playbook. If you contact Hard Rock they will tell you they cannot switch bonus’, even though their setup isn’t clear. BUT, I asked to escalate it higher up & they ended up switching to the casino bonus, but made it clear it’s a one time only thing. I like the app but they do need to change that. I also did a refer a friend and had to ask for the $50 reward, but that was easy enough to do on chat. Other than that, I recommend.

Games results are random?
Hard rock has been deleting my reviews…. I wonder why? Anyway, in my opinion there’s no way that the games are random, in any way, shape or form. Not even occasionally. Random means random, it doesn’t mean the same thing is going to happen over and over. given the recent results I’ve seen, the results seem to be controlled to a high degree. Just to illustrate what I mean:
If I flip a coin 100 times, I might land on heads 60 times, but I’m not going to land on heads 100 times. Thats not random, and the mathematical chance of that happening is extremely close to zero.

Worst winnings
I play the same like 4 games on literally every other app in my area and this one by far seems to lose the most. Every other app the same game you go up and down, get some bonus rounds and you go up some then back down. Iv had this app for 2 weeks now and I have received maybe 4 bonus rounds on games I would have more than that a day. I never really thought casinos can change the fairness of a game but after this app I definitely think they control it more. I can do 40-60 cent spins and spend 400 without getting a single bonus or doubling the bet on a spin. Mind you I play these same games on probably 8 other apps and this is the only one where it’s not worth playing. Ohh and you can’t play YouTube or anything in the background, it just pauses it.
