Too many offers/ads makes it unplayable
I would like this but you can’t even open the app without handing to get through an insane amount of offers to decline. Every time you close a game another offer …just crazy . It’s makes a poor user experience. It’s clear they are more concerned about your funds then your games

I haven't had such a poor onboarding experience in a long while. i wasn't even able to login because the keyboard was floating all of the place. I wasn't able to access my passwords either

I got a flyer in the mail to redeem $10 in W dollars (?) and earn some Unity points. I signed up for the app thinking I was getting useful rewards. In reality, you really can’t win real money aside from what’s given away in the contests you have almost zero chance of winning. This is fine if you like this sort of thing. I found the whole app EXTREMELY deceptive and confusing when it came to redeeming the W dollars though. It makes you play to level 13 to redeem them, so it makes you feel like you’re doing something to unlock a genuine reward. Then when you finally go to try and cash them, it makes it appear as you’re redeeming them for $10, when in reality you’re being charged to gain another useless $10 in W dollars. It’s essentially like getting a gift card to a business that kicks you in the nuts for $10. I’m a frequent sports better with Hard Rock and this honestly may drive me to close both accounts with them if I’m not at least refunded that $10 that I pretty much feel was stolen from me. I’m not going to use those W dollars or this app, but I’ll continue to use the sports betting app if customer support makes this right. I’ll even remove the negative review and treat it as an oversight on my part if customer support at Hard Rock makes this right. Apple Support is useless. Please someone just refund my money or at least give me some credit for the sports book. I’d advise anyone who likes prefers serious gambling to mindless games to avoid this app like the plague though. And as long as this review remains up, I’d advise you to avoid Hard Rock as a company because this is outrageous if they keep my money in this situation.

Planet and Neverland online slots
Hello, I’ve been playing the Neverland and Planet slot games online from the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino.. I have been having a lot of fun playing and anytime if I had an issue, I would contact your online support and they would be extremely helpful, they are always friendly and knowledgeable on explaining what my situation is and also showing me how and what I could be doing wrong. Everything about the online slots from the Hard Rock Casino in Café is great, I really do enjoy my spare time playing the slot games in one day again I will be heading over to Tampa to stay at least one night in the hotel Casino and play in person. I enjoy playing for real money often and I used to do it before I moved down here to Florida eight years ago, I was in New Jersey and I always played at Caesars and Tropicana and they’ve always have treated me well and still to this day. They still do. Every time I go up to New Jersey they always offer me a comp room because I have a credit card from them and I use it and that gets me points, which gives me a good comp rating and that is how and why they give me the rooms. I do have a credit card from the Hard Rock Casino, but I haven’t used it yet and I wish I had because I didn’t realize the benefits you get with the Hard Rock Casino credit card, I opened it too late to take advantage of what it had to offer when I received it, but I will be using it sometime in the very near future. Anyway, back to the Hard Rock, Casino and Hotel the online gambling is great and like I mentioned the representatives are always friendly and helpful and I recommend their apps the most to my friends and we do compare are playing games to each other to see how each one of us are doing. I want to thank my main Casino online host are always being in contact and seeing how I’m doing, which is great and it really seems like they care. My Casino host. Peter is really a great guy and has been very helpful every time I had spoken to him, especially if I had a problem. I highly recommend the Hard Rock casino apps on the online casino games. I don’t see all
I don’t understand how anyone would like to waste their battery playing this game. Many games are locked and you have to open games with either earning diamonds, which is basically playing other games that you don’t wanna play. When you first sign up you get W bucks, but you can literally buy points for your actual unity card for in Casino purchases such as a store and get physical items. All this does just kill my battery and play games and get stupid points that mean nothing. If I can cash in those coins for drawers directly or if I cash in to get W books, then it would make more sense, supposedly with the draws for real items and real money and FreePlay there’s no way to see how many people are in the draw for that time which would be good to know when you play actual draws you’re usually there and see the bucket full of tickets, etc.

Great relief
Playing the games distracts me from pain a gives some relief
I loved this game once upon a time now it’s just about buying more coins.
This game used to be so fun. Now the only way I win is if I purchase anything. I make a big purchase and just loose it all. It’s a cycle I thought was just me until recently. It’s not any fun anymore. You’re literally just pouring money in getting maybe a few big wins in between until you’re eventually right back where you started. With zero.

I have one thing that irritates me.
When it comes to any card collecting game, I’d at least like the option to open the packs at the end of my gaming session, not have them just rip open and add it to the folder. It sort of makes the card collecting not very fun for me. At the very least you should at least make an option for players to choose auto collect and open, or collect and wait to be opened.
The games are fun and I love entering all the giveaways, so it feels like you can really win prizes which is why I don’t mind buying coin packages. Things like that and the trophy case make it feel like I’ve been working toward something and I do like look at the past collections. It would be fun if there was more branded content and other type of casino games built in like solitaire.
I know I was playing monopoly go and the reason I even started playing it was because Hello Kitty made a limited time appearance and you could collect exclusive cards. These are the things that make games that play them selves feel more fun. Adding games that require some thinking like solitaire also keeps people playing the Neverland casino.
I am very sad that you broke ties from seven seas casino when it was still part of the hard rock franchise. because I really liked that. The whole reward track and variety of games. Very fun for me.
