For the last few months, it continually stops working. I have called several times.
Disappointing and worthless
In operable on a Roku TV or Firestick. Requires multiple calls to support desk. Doesn’t recognize sign in credentials and help desk needs to force the credentials through. Admits there are multiple service tickets but doesn’t get better. Unfortunately they acquired Hargray and I never had a problem with the Hargray app. Now stuck with two rooms with TV’s that can’t operate.

Video recording list worthless
Recordings menu item reveals a long list of recordings. Every one shows the current date - not the date it was recorded. This is true on iPad as well as iPhone. Also, trying to play back recordings on my iPad often just spins endlessly.
Unhappy
It use to work well and now it takes multiple tries to open app. Often will stop playing after 5 seconds and then some of the channels don’t have volume! Looks like they need to do some work on app now and do some updates to it
App was fine but now it fails to work
It’s been 5 months since an update and channels now play for 5 seconds or so before shutting down and going back to channel guide. Impossible to watch now. Not sure anyone cares about this now.
Pathetic
Pathetic. For what your company charges and have an app with the lagging and glitch issues. This is a tech based world. Good thing you’re a monopoly ...for now
Ehhh
I like the app... it works on my Roku but it will not play on my fire stick. It worked for a little bit and then all of a sudden stopped. It plays very nicely on my phone
Mixed emotions
Always buffering on fire stick. Plays very well on iPhone. I really want to watch it on my fire stick. It’s more convenient for me

So easy to install and immediately started watching programs. Nice to have Hargray TV service now for streaming shows that I like. Thanks! Like it LOTS!!!
