Do Better!
It is great to control everything from one app, however, this app is so laggy and not worth it. I think the software engineers can do better with design and user friendly interface. They have not changed the colors since 2019.
A perfectly great service left unattended
I’ve been using Harmony for about 10 years, but the lack of app support and updates is practically rendering it useless. The latest issue that I’ve tried to fix was to reconnect the hub to a new WiFi network without loosing the presets. This has been a tedious process and I’m thinking that I need to let it go…

Keeping Forever. Never Forgetting.
This device is the center of my life. This is the literal only solution for the kind of person who needs as much control as I do. Pure, blissful micromanagement. After years of using this device and every version of the app I just simply cannot fathom an alternative.
I don't care that it was discontinued.
I don't care that everyone else thought it was too complicated to learn how to use it.
I don't care what anyone else says about it.

Been using Harmony for years and it’s been great. Has been incredibly consistent and convenient
Dynamic island - c’mon Logitech
It’s been over 3 years since Apple launched the Dynamic Island on iPhone - and the Harmony app still doesn’t take account of this in the app design, making navigation difficult at best.

I have a feeling the “harmony servers“ is some PC sitting on a laid off employee‘s desk. It is nearly impossible to connect. This is obviously an abandoned product.
Dissonance, Not Harmony
I loved the Harmony remote! But hate the app. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again and again. It’s just not working properly with my iPhone 16 Pro.

Love the app, causes problems on my iPad now.
The app does a great job, easy to setup and use to control many different devices. Recently though, running the app causes problems on my iPad, the screen dimming goes haywire and icons flutter when I reboot with the app up. Needs an update folks!

Logitech has the best hardware and the worst software. So many errors. Can’t connect to hub.

Great App!
Using it for ofer 10 years, controls 8 different devices, 1 of which is completely custom. I have tv,soundbar, 2-dvds, firestick, av processor, led lights and a fan. Once in a while i get a glitch…mostly from wifi going down. I will miss this great product as they are no longer made. You have to spend a little time learning it.

Worst of the worst
It works when it decides it wants to, then out of the blue it stops working. I expect a lot more from Logitech, a lot more. BTW, I’ve had the app for more than five years; it hasn’t improved with time…at all.

Voice control via Alexa has gone, remote still works for the moment but a Company like Logitech just allowing this to die when thousands of folk have paid for expensive kit is a disgrace.

Nothing to see here by even more complexity. There’s no way this app was not developed i a vacuum echo chamber without real world users.
Stuck
Will not connect to the hub and gets stuck, not allowing to go back to the home screen.
App stopped working
Has worked for years but the iOS app and android app on my devices can no longer find my 2 hubs. Was there an update. I have tried to reset both hubs and reinstalled software on the remotes from the windows computer. Everything works with the remote and Alexa, but the devices will not connect anymore.
