It’d be cool if I was able to play but the verification has been pending for over three days now. I play online in the Virginia lottery when I visit Virginia but i live in Delaware so i decided to use the online casino here for the first time and the one time I dared to check on my id verification status while visiting Virginia for the weekend, I was threatened with law enforcement so needless to say, I’m glad my ID was never verified because that saved me time and money that I would’ve wasted on an online casino that threatens people unprompted.

Customer service-tech support beyond crap
Im reporting them to the DE lottery commission. If you have apple products do not use this, dover down or Delaware park apps-they’re all the same ppl. How the state hasn’t shut this sham down is beyond me. Jackpot games dont work. I filed a complaint back in april. Its june 14 and all you get is “weve re-escalated”. No. You stink and your joke of “tech support “ are clowns.

Uncomfortable submission of information
I’m a avid gambler, online and in the actual casino. I’ve gambled through multiple online casino apps and this is the first that I’m being asked to submit a photo of my bank card (front and back) and a photo copy of my bank statement for the card that’s attached to my account. I had zero issues depositing money into my account to gamble with but now that I want to withdraw they ask for very sensitive information??? It’s a scheme to hold our funds in a pool of money for a significant amount of time so that they can collect the interest. Do better Harrington casino. I can’t say that I won’t be in your casino anymore but after my funds are withdrawn, I definitely will NEVER use your online services.
