Possible scam
Was visiting the state over the weekend and downloaded and deposited $100. Didn’t receive the $10 bonus that was advertised but did get a bonus match of $100. Lost all of that and noticed I wasn’t able to withdraw any of the cash I had deposited. I played through the full $100 thinking maybe there was a play thru requirement to withdraw but the account still listed “0.00 available to withdraw.” Contacted customer support and four days later still don’t have a response.

I had to file a complaint with the BBB bc they are making it hard after verifying my banking and my cards and my id and saying my credit worthiness isn’t good enough to get my winnings deposited …. Smh then I sent them info for my pay pal they approved it I now am praying they out the money in my PayPal… DO NOT GAMBLE ON THIS APP it’s a scam app it should not be this difficult to get your winnings !!!!

Shady app
The process to get your cash is ridiculous. They want a-lot of personal info just to receive $20 back. And it took a week for them to even reply and ask for that extra information so my money was just sitting there. Never had any other issues before with casino apps until this one. And calling customer service is no better super unprofessional and they don’t know how to talk to people. App is not worth it!

Waste of money
Welcome bonus states you will get double your deposit. Never received it in balance when i called they said i had to gamble $800 first to get it. I then hit a little bit and the winnings go right into bonus play not withdrawal balance. Have other apps no issue. This one is a rip off!
Just go in person
Instant deposits, and 5-6 day withdrawal times. Surprise surprise you can reverse the withdrawal until the last day. Predatory and low RTP.
